Disappointing. Purchased 2 new 2014 Hondas (CRV and Odyssey) and always had Tempe do our service. Prior service on Odyssey was 11/2017. Most recent service I was to Purchased 2 new 2014 Hondas (CRV and Odyssey) and always had Tempe do our service. Prior service on Odyssey was 11/2017. Most recent service I was told cabin filter needed to be changed even though it was changed 11/2017 as well as the fuel system service and power steering exchange. I've never had that recommended before for any vehicle I have owned. I called Jeff Bogardus who said cabin filters last 3 months to a year. After researching this, I discovered this was all BS as the Odyssey was not experiencing any symptoms for such work. I feel Tempe Honda was just trying to pad the bill which is inexcusable, reprehensible and Tempe Honda has lost my business for sales and service forever. I feel they also need to change the name of express service and remove the express part of the name. More

Today, when I went to get my car, he showed me a piece of paper and said the number I showed you was 389$. So here we go, as easy as that, they charged me 300$ more than I expected. And then when I asked for a discount on the 389$, they refused to offer any. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A SERVICE. Go to a local mechanic. More

Do not buy here! I never leave online reviews, but this time I just had to. I'm a single mother of 4 kids. I bought a used Honda Odyssey at this dealership in June of I never leave online reviews, but this time I just had to. I'm a single mother of 4 kids. I bought a used Honda Odyssey at this dealership in June of 2016 for $12,000.00. The vehicle came with no warranty, but I felt confident getting a reliable car when buying directly from the Honda dealer. Since I bought the car, I already had to take it to the mechanic several times. The air conditioning stopped working just 2-3 months after I bought it and had to get it fixed. In October, all the gauges and dashboard stopped working and the van started to make strange noises. It had to be taken to get fixed again. Beginning of November it started shaking very bad and ended up at the mechanic for almost a week. After it was fixed, it started shaking again and had to be taken to the mechanic a 4th time. Now, it's shaking again and it sounds like something is rubbing against something else when driving on the freeway. We reached out directly to the general manager, but have not received any response. I don't know what to do. I can't afford constantly fixing it. Now I am stuck paying a vehicle for several years that doesn't work properly? More
