I purchased my Kia Soul in 2015 and have always taken it back for service. Jairo has been my service technician and is great to work with. Ben Fields sold me a car that was damaged. I’m sure he didn’t know it. It was difficult to see. That’s why I didn’t see it when I inspected the car.
