Do not take your car here for any repairs. They don't know what they are doing. Said they fixed my window. $400 later and still broken. Now they want more money because they replaced a part that wasn't b know what they are doing. Said they fixed my window. $400 later and still broken. Took the car there last year for the same issue and they won't stand by their work starting it's been over 12 months so get out your check book. I did not have them do the additional repair. They've lost my trust and business. More

After working with 3 different Kia dealers in the PHX area, Tempe Kia proved to be the best by far: friendly sales staff (trying to make the sale of course, but not excessive pressure), and a very smooth area, Tempe Kia proved to be the best by far: friendly sales staff (trying to make the sale of course, but not excessive pressure), and a very smooth paperwork process that took less than an hour (when I told them I was not buying any add-ons period, they took me seriously, which I was).
