Issues with new Niro & rude shuttle driver Really regret buying a Kia. After 200 miles my 2018 Niro started creaking loudly when braking. Earnhardt Kia (PHX) verified the sound, but had no explanation. They lubed it, and it was fine, then the noise came back after 1,800 miles. So I tried Tempe Kia- dropped it off and was told the shuttle would take me up to 15 miles. I work 14 miles away. The driver was incredibly rude. Laughed at my destination, told the other passengers it "messes everything up" when people want to go more than 10 miles, and complained to them that there's no distance limit even though I was told 15 miles. Then Tempe Kia says there's nothing wrong with the car. I'm upset because I feel like the noise will keep coming back and no one has an explanation. None of this should happen when I'm paying thousands to lease a brand new car. I like the car, noise aside, and there have been many nice sales/service people (Crystal @ Tempe Kia was great) but overall I've had a bad experience and wouldn't recommend anyone buy a Kia. More

Go see Carl!!! He's the guy in the bright colored shirts!! Carl Bowden is the man!! We brought in our Kia for service and decided to browse the lot while we waited. That's when we're saw her. A bright red Jeep Carl Bowden is the man!! We brought in our Kia for service and decided to browse the lot while we waited. That's when we're saw her. A bright red Jeep Renegade 4x4. We've never considered owning a Jeep as we felt it wasn't something we could qualify to finance. I at least wanted to feel how it drove, I mean we had lots of time, right? We wandered onto the sales floor and were promptly greeted by Carl. I knew by his bright pink shirt that he meant business, and we can all appreciate a good business man. We explained we were waiting for the Kia to finish up but wanted to test drive the Jeep. As it happens, it had just gotten onto the lot and hadn't even been checked over yet! Carl allowed my husband to drive the jeep over to the service center to get it into the queue. While we waited, we decided "Hey, might as well see if it's something we could qualify for." We knew we didn't want to pay more per month than what we were paying for the Kia ($500/month- OUCH!!). After some number wrangling, the truth was set free, we COULD afford the Jeep!! At this point, we had been with Carl for about 4 hours. My husband and I had gotten hit with the hangries and my grumpiness almost ruined everything. I mean we didn't have a ride to go eat at that point and you just don't get in between a woman and her food, certainly everyone involved understood the gravity of this situation. Carl offered the perfect solution! We called in and ordered our lunch for pick-up, Carl took us with when he gassed up the Jeep, then swung over to RR and we were able to retrieve our glorious nourishment. Everything was a breeze from there. We actually only got half way into our lunch before Sterling in finance was ready to see us! 10 minutes later, we had our Jeep!! We were almost in shock as we didn't expect such a good outcome!! A brand new RED 4X4 JEEP with an extended warranty is costing us the same as the 4 year old Kia with problems and our new interest rate was miles away from that it was for the Kia. We are so excited to go on adventures with The Power (yes, we named her). THANK YOU CARL AND STERLING!!!! More
