Friendly people, but I don't feel I got a good deal, just "O K" on new vehicle purchase. 1) Slow to refund "vehicle service plan", not refunded after two weeks. 2) Inflated dealer adds; nitrogen tires, tinted K" on new vehicle purchase. 1) Slow to refund "vehicle service plan", not refunded after two weeks. 2) Inflated dealer adds; nitrogen tires, tinted windows on car w/factory tint. An additional $900. 3) Confusing pricing summaries, price summed in a way different from method used for advertised. 4) Low-balling trade-in, as my trade-in is now advertised for sale some 35% more than price they paid me, a whopping $4500. I'm an engineer, so I was able to use spreadsheet in their show room to understand and correct their confusing price offers. But I don't feel like a got a great deal. I was probably shorted 1,000 on trade-in and unavoidable paid $500 for dealer added crap. I negotiated my best, but I am just an amateur. Love my car, not my dealer. More

I purchased an SRT and they didn’t even bother to detail it. I would avoid this dealer and specially the manager named bender. The other managers had to cover for his mistakes and he left and got lost never came back. I would not have bought the car knowing they would make this much of a mess. Never have I been to a dealer so unorganized so unprofessional. If you want to be pressured lied to into buying a new vehicle this is definitely the place for you. More

I had built a rapport with a sales person via phone only to be told he only does internet sales. So why did I waste my time telling him my story. They refuse to be any sorts of real with you on the phone even though I tried to get an idea of if I could get something to work without even coming in. I had thought that at least since I had told my sales person once I wouldn't have to again. Nope he apparently couldn't help me so I was given to someone else. I then had to repeat the requirements/needs. He made me drive the car even though I literally only wanted deal specifics first. Meanwhile he insults my current car and tells me I pay too much for rent. Tells me I should be home with babies and a husband. Tells not one but three other sales people that I am single in an attempt I assume to get me a date cause apparently I need a husband to do these things. Then continued to try to make deals even though I told them what I needed. This car wasn't a need it was a want. To see where I stood to make better decisions to get into an SUV in the future. I left embarrassed. Insulted. Literally wanting to crawl under the table at a point. They laughed and joked and sadly I was too stunned to really stand up for myself. I was frozen place. If you want a place that uses pressure, bullying, and insults then Tempe Kia is your place otherwise I would go anywhere else. More

Better than I ever expected. I went for my 30,000 mile servicing on my 2015 KIA Soul. While waiting and browsing I was approached by a nice salesman Carl Bowden who insisted he c I went for my 30,000 mile servicing on my 2015 KIA Soul. While waiting and browsing I was approached by a nice salesman Carl Bowden who insisted he could get me into a brand new vehicle. Well I was skeptical to say the least; I informed him I had no money to put down, except for the $500 I had set aside for the servicing(which ended up only costing $240; much less than the original estimate when I made the appointment). Also that having only had my current vehicle a little over 2 years I would be quite upside down in it and absolutely would not entertain a higher monthly payment. Well long story short I drove home in a 2017 KIA Soul, with only what I stated down and a payment that was $35 less than I had been paying. My salesman and Joe in Finance were fantastic and did better for me than I ever imagined. Give them a try, they are amazing. More

I was so lost, but I know that NO WAY DID I ever want to pay $7,400 for extended warranty. Its only a dang van. CSI might need these features on Chargers, corvettes or MercedesBenz , but a van?? I told him no several times, I use my own, I dont need that feature, but he snuck it in anyway. I got royally ripped off and forced to keep this faulty deal, as this co. Has a NO CANCELLING Cause! The bank " they " choose, AFTER, you leave and I signed xxxxxxxx! To the legal document, that one is not been located?? but they submitted and document with a unsigned, with an angry check mark, and have my $4,400 cash deposit and an unsigned contract. The original " dissapered, " will" ? More
