Carl Brown did a WONDERFUL job, excellent customer service I had the BEST experience at Tempe Kia. I was looking around for a car for awhile now but nothing was catching my eye and no one was listening to what I had the BEST experience at Tempe Kia. I was looking around for a car for awhile now but nothing was catching my eye and no one was listening to what I wanted. When I got to Tempe Kia I met Carl Brown and he was SO helpful, listened to what I wanted and he was able to work out an AMAZING deal for me. He also went through all of the features on the car with me and no one else at any other dealers did that so I was very grateful for that. If you are looking for a car I would definitely recommend Carl Brown, he won't disappoint. More

Great new Kia Sorento - Nice Dealership I had a great experience at Tempe Kia. My last new car was 10 years ago and Carl Brown was great to work with. They had the car I wanted (2015 Kia I had a great experience at Tempe Kia. My last new car was 10 years ago and Carl Brown was great to work with. They took my trade-in for less than I was hoping for, but in the end we were happy with the deal, and so far, very happy with the car. (only 4 stars on the price because of the trade-in). Kia Optima Hybrid Oil change and tire rotation. Took my car in for the services stated in the title. The oil change with full synthetic oil was on $56 bucks, which is cheaper than if I were to do it Took my car in for the services stated in the title. They did not do the tire rotation as requested because my treads were all even and they said that there was no reason to charge for something that didn't need to be done. More
