After several days of the typical run around and car purchasing haggle at other dealerships, we met James. In less than 3 hours after meeting, we were out the door with our new Kia Sorento. James was so personable and listened to our needs. He literally did the entire deal himself, never had to go ask someone else for permission for anything, it was AMAZING! I highly recommend a visit to James for anyone in the market for a new car! More

Andrew Harper I had owned a 2006 Sorento and had to put it in due to the check engine light. My vehicle had over 183,000 miles on it ( I have been the only owner) so I decided it was most likely time to get a new vehicle. I absolutely loved my Sorento so I decided to go with KIA again, unfortunately they no longer are made with manual transmission. I had done a pre-approval online, and rec'd a call from Andrew Harper. We talked over what exactly I was looking for, and he met me at the Service Dept at Tempe KIA bright and early Sat morning. Andrew was absolutely AWESOME!!! he went over the vehicle I was looking at (KIA SOUL) showing me every cool detail, and even sync'd up the bluetooth for me. I haven't had a car buying experience this fun EVER... thanks to Andrew and Michelle Frye in Finance, and have told all the people I work with about it, a couple of them have been looking into new vehicles.. you can bet I have steered them Andrew's way. Working with Andrew showed me why I choose to get another KIA and why I was so glad I went back to Tempe KIA. Rude! I was searching for a Kia optima over the summer and decided stop by Tempe Autoplex. I had been pre-approved through my bank, I just needed to find my I was searching for a Kia optima over the summer and decided stop by Tempe Autoplex. I had been pre-approved through my bank, I just needed to find my car. I stopped into Tempe Kia, where we were greeted by one of the salesmen. He started off as a decent salesman, but the more we spoke, the more rude he became. I was asking the same questions that I had asked at the other dealerships I had been to. When talking about the price, the conversation went downhill from there. They had a 2013 Optima LX priced a little higher than other dealerships (similar mileage, no major differences). I could have purchased that vehicle if I wanted to, but why par more for the same thing priced lower somewhere else. At one point in the conversation, the salesman told me that "the optima was too much car for me". Needless to say I am driving a 2013 Optima that had only 20k miles on it and nothing mechanically wrong and no body damage that I did not buy from this dealership. Customer service is everything! I do remember the salesman's name, however I will not include it because I don't feel the need to. More

The fact that this dealership is volume based makes the experience less stressful and more of a fun shopping experience like you should have with your new car. I appreciated not being hassled by Leo, and that he took the time to find what I was comfortable with paying and driving. He made me feel like a valued customer rather than another sale, which when buying a car I feel is important. More

My latest purchase was a sort of downsize, from a 4 wheel truck, to a Minivan. My wife told me it couldn't be done unless we took a beating on price. I found out she was almost correct, untill----------I met Doug Notter at Tempe Kia. First, he found the vehicle we needed. Second he never gave up on the price. Sales manager got involved, general manager got involved and as a result the wife and I have the vehicle we want for the price we expected to pay. If you want a salesman that works with you and for you----------ask for DOUG NOTTER when you go to Tempe Kia. More

We ended up going with the car after looking at a couple other colors. Other than that, process was very quick given that I had an idea of what I wanted already. Finance as well was quick once we were seen. Overall, in and out in 2hrs which is VERY good timing on a Friday evening. Most definitely would recommend someone to Tempe Kia. More
