Cold bottle of water was offered on a very hot door a few different times within the hour in half we were there first by chip and other workers. More

This is the first time I have left a dealership feeling excited about my purchase! Jim Linsey was excellent, probably the best sales rep I have dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions about the car with a no pressure friendly attitude. Honestly, we were planning to buy a used car, we had a specific budget and after speaking to Jim for less than 5 minutes, he directed us to the car we bought, it was not used, but new! He listened to what we wanted and how much we had to spend without trying to up sell us, so the process was quick and painless. I will be recommending Jim to family and friends that are in the market for a car. This was the best buying experience I have ever had....Thanks Jim, you are the best! More

I was somewhat hesitant in going to a Car Dealer on my own as a woman to purchase a vehicle, however felt I was treated with great respect and minimal pressure. We were looking for something that would replace our old vehicle that was stylish, inexpensive and great MPG. We were greeted by Brent and explained to him what we were looking for. We explained that we were just looking and he was great about that. He showed us a KIA Soul and suggested we take it for a drive. We did take it for a drive and were quite impressed. We thanked Greg and went home to talk about it. The next morning we contacted Tempe KIA and told them we wanted the red Soul we looked at. They got us all the paperwork to get started. Within an hour we were financed and all we needed was to get proof of insurance. We provided that and we were ready. When they brought the car to the front they explained everything about all the features and even paired our phones to the Bluetooth radio. They also told us to call or stop by if we had any other questions about how the many features worked. This was the most delightful experience we have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. We would not hesitate to refer anyone to Tempe Kia. More

I came in not expecting to get a car on wesnesday nov 13 and jarvis explained to me that he would do whatever he could to ger me into one that would fit me as a big guy with broad shoulders.
