Great buying experience I've always had good experiences with this dealer in the past so when I was looking for a crew cab truck I gave Terry Henricks a shot. I used their online chat feature to contact the dealer and tell them what I wanted. I was then contacted by Andy and he was able to get me some more detailed info through email which was very convenient for me. When I was able to test drive one Andy set up an appointment for me and had a truck warmed up and waiting when I got there. The buying experience was very low pressure and Andy came back with a great price which made the decision easier. Andy and Caleb put my mind at ease and answered all my questions with this being my first lease. Love the truck and it was a overall great buying experience. More

Poor experience with sales department. I was interested in test driving a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I was looking to possibly get an SUV as I wanted a higher ride height and better hand I was interested in test driving a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I was looking to possibly get an SUV as I wanted a higher ride height and better handling in snow. I currently own a sedan. It happened to be snowing this past weekend and I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to see how a Cherokee would handle in the snow. I called ahead to the dealership and stated that I wanted to test drive a Cherokee in the snow. I was told it was no problem and we set up a time to stop over that day. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the sales person Michael Gruen. We sat down in his office and discussed my situation. I was up front and honest about the fact that I was not intending to purchase a vehicle that day due to the fact that they did not have the exact one I wanted and I was waiting for income tax. I was given the impression that that was no problem. Michael went outside to move vehicles around so that he could get the Cherokee they had that was closest to the one I want. This Cherokee was buried by several other vehicles because they had moved the lot around so that it could be plowed. I decided to tell him that I would test drive one that was a lot easier to get to as it was a Trailhawk as well, it just didn't have the adaptive cruise control (it wouldn't be practical to test as it was snowing). He thanked me and proceeded to get that one out. He pulled it out and went down to the gas station to put gas in it. He came back and told my fiancé and I we could go ahead and hop into it and wait while he looked at my car I wanted to trade in. He said he would just need a copy of my drivers license. We waited in the Cherokee for a while. I hopped out and went inside to give him my license. Once I came inside he seemed to have changed demeanor. He asked if my fiancé was still in the Cherokee and I said yes. He asked me to have a seat in his office so he could ask me a couple of questions. He gave me the standard, "what payment are you expecting?" questions. When I told him he said that I was looking at a payment much higher due to what I owe on my car in relation to what they would give me for it. He also said that he didn't feel that it was "the time" for us to be test driving a vehicle and to wait a couple of months and he "didn't want to waste our time." Which I of course took that as I was wasting their time. I remained cordial but it just didn't set well with me. After a little conversation he said I could take it for a quick test drive around the block. I said yes, that was all I wanted anyways. I think he was hoping I would say no because he backtracked on that offer shortly after. My fiancé and I left and I have no intention of going back. I could understand if it was a busy day for him, but literally there were salesman standing around doing nothing. They weren't busy. I disclosed ahead of time that I wasn't purchasing a vehicle that day, and it wasn't a problem. I don't know what changed but I felt like I had done something wrong. Sorry for the long review but I wanted to say exactly everything that went on. I have test driven plenty of cars from other dealerships with the sales staff knowing I was just shopping around. More
