Our salesman this time around was Michael Gruen and he had the vehicle we were interested in warmed up and waiting for us when we arrived. We purchase a used one-owner 2007 Ford Expedition EL that had been sold new by Terry Henricks and was also serviced by them. I called the service department prior to deciding to buy and they were very helpful by going over the service records and providing an estimate of how much recommended maintenance would cost. We had a similar experience a year ago when our salesman was Austin Johnson who has since been promoted to sales manager. We purchased a used 2016 Chrysler Town and Country and my wife loves the vehicle. We live in Michigan about an hour and a half away and expect to be return customers based on the great value and service we received. I highly recommend this dealership. More
