This is a dealership that I feel like I could shake their hand and the deal would be done. I know those days are long gone but the feeling is right. Their word is their bond. I looked at a lot a Jeeps and thought the one we picked had the navigation in it. It did not and I did not realize this. "Where is the navigation?" I asked and they actually panicked. They thought they mistakenly misrepresented the vehicle. I realized MY mistake and told them so. Again, knowing they take their word so seriously is extremely rare. AND I got a great deal!!! I found out they bought the Ford dealer in town. Guess where I am buying my next Ford? Go there now and buy. Don't wait. More
