Very helpful initially but dropped the ball after the sale Edit: Poor follow up service after the sale. The van came with a single keyfob and a second was to ordered and shipped to us within a week. After multiple follow up calls we still have not received the keyfob 1 month after the sale. After speaking with Tre the fob was not ordered so he had one shipped for next day. He said he would follow up the next day regarding an appointment to come in and program the key. We received no follow up call. My wife had to call the service department directly to schedule the appointment. Not a deal breaker but would have liked to see the same level of service on every interaction that we saw before the sale was complete. Original: Tre was very helpful and respond promptly to calls texts and emails. Very helpful showing us their inventory of mini Vans. Viewed several Vans on day 1 and returned on day 2 to purchase. 20 minutes of paperwork and we were on our way. More
