I then narrowed it down to four that I wanted to check out personally; two in Michigan, one in Indiana, and one in Ohio. Mike was the first one I called. He spoke with me in a very informative and honest manner. The next day we drove the two hours to Archbold, met with Mike, and went for a test drive. His friendliness, and that of the entire staff, was obviously immediately. Not only did Mike exude integrity, but he was not a pushy salesman. It felt like he wanted us to find the best car available. In the end, we decided to skip the other three visits and bought from Mike at a reasonable price. Then we went a few miles in our newly purchased Pacifica to a Dairy Queen for lunch. Fifteen minutes later Mike came driving up with sunglasses Elaine had left behind.
