Overall Excellent Service and Sales My wife and I traveled from just south of Chicago to purchase a car for our daughter. When we arrived, the car was exactly as described except for one interior item that had been overlooked initially. There was a sizable hole in the driver's seat. Austin was genuinely apologetic that he had missed this during the picture taking and e-mail exchanges that we had regarding the car. When we took the car for the test drive, it blew the boot on the CV joint and we brought the car back smelling funny and smoking. This was due to the grease that had been slung underneath the car when the boot blew. Rather than selling the car to us as-is, Austin and the service team sourced a replacement front axle assembly and replaced it the same day at no cost to us. Overall, we both were very impressed with the integrity of the dealership as a whole and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
