I appreciated the fact that he took the time to answer my questions, he thought about my kid's safety, and the mileage for the year of the car we were intending on buying. He explained the pros and cons, and really did not put any pressure on me. I was very appreciative of the attention he gave me. I worked with a few other dealers, had an offer in hand and Austin worked to beat the deal. I had NO stress working with him, he made me aware of every possible offer/rebate available. He was honest and upfront and never brash, cocky or rude like one of the other dealerships I walked away from. I spent weeks researching what I wanted and talking to other dealers, and it only took a total of about 3 hours with the Terry Henricks crew(including signing all of the paperwork). I will be back when we are ready for our next vehicle. BTW, this dealership is 45 min. away, well worth the drive. More
