It was due for an oil change so we took it in. While there I asked one of the guys if they could show me where to put the jack once it was up on the lift. My buying experience was great. But I was pushed into a “bumper to bumper” warranty for 4 grand. The warranty company has denied every claim. I have tried to reach out to the deal But I was pushed into a “bumper to bumper” warranty for 4 grand. The warranty company has denied every claim. I have tried to reach out to the dealership multiple times with multiple employees and they all refuse to help me with this. They sold me a warranty as a lie that is not bumper to bumper. Multiple people say they will call me back but do not. I even spoke to a manager and he said he doesn’t want in the middle since I spoke with another employee that never called me back. That’s his job, to handle these situations. I feel very taken advantage of and I feel put on the back burner. I feel since I’m a women they are brushing me off. I have been trying to handle this for about two months. I’m sad to say I thought I found a dealership I would stick to and recommend. After this experience I will never recommend and will never use again unless they get to the bottom of this false warranty they sold me More

I appreciated the respect , knowledge and sales team I had. They were very easy to deal with and no pressure .
