Service engine Light on for a day then off My service engine light came on, of course just minutes before service was closing on a Saturday. I called and they made an appt for Mon AM. They said I could drive it in town, but not out of town. The light stayed on for the rest of Saturday during 2-3 trips in town. I didn't drive it on Sun. On my way to the dealer on Mon. I noticed that the light was off. They checked the car and found that the throttle body needed to be replaced and was covered by warranty. As my extended warranty had expired about 12-18 months earlier I checked on line and discovered that in 2015 Ford issued an extended warranty for throttle body assemblies for 10 years of service or 150,000 miles. While I am happy that the dealer took care of this when the problem arose, I am left wondering why this wasn't brought to my attention during routine maintenance sometime during the last 3 years. I would think their computer would flag this. Other than this, I am very pleased with service here. I can usually get in quickly when needed and the staff is always friendly and courteous. More

Service and tire rotation I have always had a good experience at this dealership. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they rotated the tires but then did not check an I have always had a good experience at this dealership. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they rotated the tires but then did not check and adjust the air pressure. I follow the recommend level of 80 psi in rear tires and 65 psi in the front tires. I ended up with 65 psi rear and 80 psi front and had to adjust the pressure in all 4 tires. If not for that, I would have given a 5 star rating. More
