When I called for the appointment to schedule an oil change, I mentioned having the AC compressor recently replaced and how the engine light came on. The person on the phone said they would check to see if a sensor was unplugged. Now that I'm here, they want to charge $139 for a diagnosis even though we suspect that's what it is and they won't even look at the sensor. This is one of many problems that I've had; not being informed of a battery cable recall until it failed leaving me stuck on I95 at 10pm among the issues and if I didn't have free oil changes as long as I own the car, I would go elsewhere. More
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a dealership, hung up on me when I was asking about my warrantee and charged for my free oil change. Went for oil change and while outside in parking lot two salesmen had asked us if they could help us. They were very nice men. Don in service is always very pleasant also. Quick service and all problems resolved! I originally came in for an oil change. I also asked if they could fix a broken clip on my bumper that had broken. They fixed it without any problem. My mirrors also weren't folding back up after being in reverse mode, which I knew was some kind of setting and user error. Someone came out and reset them for me and showed me how to use that setting. I was in and out of there in an hour and fifteen minutes and the experience couldn't have been better! More

This last time I worked with Billy and it was like working with Don's twin. Extremely professional experience and Billy explained everything that needed to happen. It took a few test drives for the problem to repeat itself but he didn't give up on finding the issue and getting my truck repaired in a timely fashion. I would have to say the strongest department at the dealership would have to be the service department. More
