CEL remediation I had a CEL for an emissions EVAP problem. Unfortunately the service dept could not replicate the warning. After hours of searching they could not fi I had a CEL for an emissions EVAP problem. Unfortunately the service dept could not replicate the warning. After hours of searching they could not find the problem. They even tried the smoke test to find the supposed vacuum leak, but to no avail. They finally extinguished the CEL and sent me on my way. Come back if/when it happens again I was told. Strange ? More

Will never return to this dealer Communication is poor. Promised truck back same day. Called everyday to check on when vehicle would be completed given the run around. Finally fixed v Communication is poor. Promised truck back same day. Called everyday to check on when vehicle would be completed given the run around. Finally fixed vehicle on day 5. Spoke to service manager who said “ your truck took up a lift which we charge $130 an hour for” apparently it’s my fault they did not fix my truck when promised. Filed complaint with owner about communication. Owner called and yelled at me. I hung up and then the service manager called to yell at me. All I wanted was basic communication. If the repair was delayed call me if the cost was increased call me. If I need a rental tell me. I just don’t think it is that hard. My recommendation stay far away from this shop. A simple apology and promise to do better the next time would have been sufficient. More

GOOD SERVICE......BUT Your service is very good but I had a problem with the Sales Manager, Rich. I had discussed with him about selling one of my cars and Harry Raney was Your service is very good but I had a problem with the Sales Manager, Rich. I had discussed with him about selling one of my cars and Harry Raney was present. At that time he quoted me $15,100 A few weeks later I called him and told him I was ready to sell and he said to call him the beginning of August. When I called him the beginning of August he sounded very vague about buying the car. Then he was going to call me and let me know. Then I called him a few times and the secretary was going to give him a message but he never returned my phone calls. A few days later I finally reached him and he told me he was going to talk to his manager and would call me with the results. I never heard from him. I'm very disappointed in the Sales Mgr. I dealt with Danis Chevrolet and Terryville Chevrolet over the years and bought quite a few cars. I didn't like the way he was stringing me along and not being upfront. Therefore, I will finish my oil changes and detailing which is under contract but after that I will not be dealing with this dealership again. I am sorry it had to come to that point after so many years. More

Waited 1.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation I scheduled an appointment for 9:00am. By 10:30am, I checked in with the service desk to see if my truck was ready, and they said 5 more minutes. If I can do my own oil on my back in my driveway in 20 minutes, how long should it take a technician with a lift? The only reason I get the service at a Terryville Chevy is so that I do not need to worry about disposal of the oil. If I have an appointment for 9:00am, the service should start shortly after. In the future, if the service shop is running behind schedule, that should be communicated to the customer. More

Quick Sevice and Great Specials! Just had my oil change and wheels rotated. They had a special running, $58.99 for 6 Qt. full Syn. and tire rotation. They make it Happen! I had car trouble... and when I called in to get it figured out... there were no loaner cars... and being in a custody battle..legal issues..I needed I had car trouble... and when I called in to get it figured out... there were no loaner cars... and being in a custody battle..legal issues..I needed to get where i needed to be...so the owner of Terryville Chevy got me a loaner car... one of the folks there let me have his company car!
