Disappointed the dealership knows about several problems regarding water leaks in the cab (Chevy Silverado). Dealership would not extend good Will on failed part. I have been a long time customer, this is my seventh Silverado and second purchase from Terryville Chevrolet. I’ve been a long time advocate of the Chevy truck! This is a huge disappointment, I’ve spent lots of $$$ over the years on these trucks and stayed loyal to the brand. This will be my last Chevy truck. :( More
My Horrible Experience My truck needed warranty work on my transmission. Couldn't get a loaner unless I rescheduled my repair 8 days later. 1st day no call to inform me of My truck needed warranty work on my transmission. Couldn't get a loaner unless I rescheduled my repair 8 days later. 1st day no call to inform me of diagnosis. I called them and was told that the cure was to put thicker fluid in. I called next day and was told they were pulling the transmission. Still no loaner. Called 6 days after drop off and I had to leave message and got no call-back. Called again next day,was told they had to see what the status was and would call me back. Hour and a half later I called the again and was told that they were going to change the fluid. The truck was there for 8 days and they did nothing but test drive it. Horrible communications, Horrible customer care, No Manager to talk to. Owner that doesn't care. I have spent 90K on two vehicles from this dealer. My truck has 47,500 miles and I keep it in perfect condition. P.S. When the truck was there for recall, I couldn't get a loaner then also. More

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Harry Ranney. I was just inquiring. about an electric car, the Volt. He showed me some cars, did not like color, and as I understand it this car would not go far on electricity. I asked how much I would get for my car which would determine if I purchased an electric car or not. He said the manager was looking at car. He kept me waiting many times in the office. He took me for a test drive and explained all of the technology offered by this car, Since I am not interested in all of that,I cut him short. He then rudely proceeded to ask me just how was I going to pay for this car, bring money(his voice kept getting louder and angrier.) Didn't I know I would have to make payments?? I said it all depended on the price I would get for my Cruze(very well taken care of) and I was expecting a basic Volt for electricity use. First he yelled that why had he had to move all those cars to get the volt. And on my way out I could hear him saying"do you believe all of the trouble I went through for this." Excuse me but isn't that his job and shouldn't he cater to the customer instead of yelling at her. I expect if I had a husband present this would have not happened. I was the one who should have been upset which I was very much so. I love your Service Center but would probably not buy a car from your dealership. Thank you. More

Completely disappointed I went in for a service recall and was told the parts would be there in 2-3 days. It’s been a month and no parts Yesterday I received a notification I went in for a service recall and was told the parts would be there in 2-3 days. It’s been a month and no parts Yesterday I received a notification stating that I haven’t done my part for the recall???? From my understanding this recall is a severe safety concern and Chevy apparently isn’t concerned about the repercussions. I guess Chevy headquarters will have to be my next point of contact. More
