Terryville has never been this bad So I’m normally a big fan of this dealer, but my recent service visit was not good. I brought my car in for a rattle in the passenger door. I was without a car for over a week, the loaner car that they had given me had transmission issues, no other loaner cars were available. I called for status update on my vehicle, no one could tell me any information or I was put on hold for 25+ minutes. When my car was finally ready, my door panel was covered in dirt, the service rep did get the detail department to clean it. I then got in my vehicle and headed down the road (less than a mile) and the rattle was worse. I then turned around and brought it right back to the dealer and by this time the service department was closed, sales said they couldn’t help me and to contact service. The next day I contacted service and asked to speak with the manager, and was told he was unavailable and was informed he would call me ASAP. I also informed them that my problem with the car wasn’t fixed and they said they could book me 2 weeks out. To this day the service manager Mike Judson still has not contacted me. I was very disappointed in the quality of service I had received from this dealer. More

Not the usual detailing My vehicle was suppose to be detailed - I understand a new employee was given my car for detailing - everyone has to start somewhere. I do understand that, so I suggest a check off list for detailing to insure everything gets done. My car was returned to me not totally done. Jodi returned the car to detailing - it came back better. After leaving I noticed the interior of the front windshield was untouched, other areas were not cleaned and I am missing a deer whistle that was mounted on the front of the vehicle. Waiting to hear what Terryville Chevrolet will respond. More
