Car blocked by Truck that won't run and car no keys. I questioned something being under extended warrantee; had the TC to fix indicated would take it up with Extended warrantee insurance company. Trun I questioned something being under extended warrantee; had the TC to fix indicated would take it up with Extended warrantee insurance company. Trunk leak. I went to pickup car after repair; they parked the car in far corner of dealer lot; had to use key fob horn button to find ; they blocked my car between a box van they knew would not start and a car owned by dealer with no keys. After some time waiting; they looked around then found the keys. Plenty of parking in front of the dealership. Very childish behavior on part of the dealer. Don't know the quality of the service or fix, since it has not rained since fix. More

Inefficient 8am service appointment only to find doors were not even opened yet. Guy at service register was rude. Waiting room is not family friendly. No room at 8am service appointment only to find doors were not even opened yet. Guy at service register was rude. Waiting room is not family friendly. No room at all for our baby stroller. We had to leave the building during service. No changing table in bathrooms. More
