Best last minute ever! I had no intentions of buying a new car, but I got in touch with Amy while I was waiting for my car to be serviced and she helped me out right away. Bad service department Brought my car in for new tires gave them tire size. I was told they were going to order them have them in for my appointment (this was two months ago Brought my car in for new tires gave them tire size. They never ordered them and could not get it so they gave me a free oil change. But I wasted all my time going there I made one phone call I was able to get them put on that day from torce brothers . Second time I go in for service this past week they want not except their coupon though Royal customer coupon they said expired. It was crossed out on my ticket and was told that it never expires. They will not honor. Mike and his service department has made it clear that I will Never buy a new car from Terryville or service department car there again.Mike said he would call me back and I'm still waiting for the phone call they said he's to busy. It was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. 5 stars for their sales team but their services team will never see my truck again. I brought it in for its first oil change. Lately, I have been seeing little puddles of oil in my driveway. Yesterday the puddle finally reached really concerning amounts. I called Terryville and they said they couldn't get to my truck for 8 days. How am I suppose to drive a truck that is leaking oil for 8 days? I brought the truck to Gengras this morning and they stated that who ever did the last oil change did not put the oil filter on correctly! I called Terryville's service manager Mike this morning to tell him about the problem. All he said was he will look in to it. Service department gets 1 star for poor services and awful customer services. They will never see my truck in the service garage again. Jonathan Hunt More

I am very pleased with service dept. after having an issue with something that wasn't done right. The service manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of to the best care and issue with something that wasn't done right. The service manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of to the best care and I was very happy with everything. I just wanted to let them know that I am glad that they take care of there customers. I have been with Terryville for 3 trailblazers and 3 renovations. The people are friendly and make sure that you are treated right. For all those reasons I will refer everyone to Terryville Chevrolet. More
