Amazing service!! I recently had an issue with my older Malibu's power steering sensor. After calling GM to try and resolve the issue I booked an appointment with Terry I recently had an issue with my older Malibu's power steering sensor. After calling GM to try and resolve the issue I booked an appointment with Terryville Chevrolet. Alicia in the service department went so above and beyond to advocate for my car and to facilitate the repair it needed. Her service was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. She not only worked with GM to get the repair covered, but she also provided a quick responses to all the concerns I had on the car. My family and I have always bought Chevy, including most of our cars from this dealership. This is why we continually keep coming back to them. They really have treated us incredibly well for the last 20 years that we have worked with them. More

Its very rare to get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. I have to be honest it takes a lot for me to give five stars, and do these reviews... However when someone actually goes out and earns it, and treats me the way I want to be treated. It's worth it. I will admit, I was very hesitant to bring the car in for service, the sales experience was just terrible, however John in finance was great, but I vowed to never go back that day. I didn't feel appreciated, and when problems occurred during the sales process, and I brought them to the attention of others. I was treated like crap, and I was given excuses honestly I lost interest and it ruined my experience. The day I picked up the car, all the salesman did was hand me the keys and the owners manual, he didn't show me the vehicle and its options like you would do on a delivery inspection, and we never even set up the OnStar account. I have to admit I was surprised how the delivery Inspection went. To treat someone the way they treated me was just disgusting. It was pretty obvious he was holding a grudge, but the general manager was no better, because on that day when I greeted him, you can tell he didn't want to be bothered with me either, and that's OK, even though the situation was resolved amicably, however I am not an idiot, and I pretty much figured it how the car operates through trial and error on my own. When a problem occurred with the car I was hesitant, but I work in the area and it was convenient, and I decided to give them a shot, after talking to the girl on the phone, because I shared all the above with her, and she talked me into it, and we made the appointment. On that day, I pulled up and brought the car into there garage, and was greeted by Bill, he couldn't be more friendly, and while they were working on my car, he kept me updated, and went over and above for me. I have to admit I am glad I took the chance and gave Terryville Chevrolet another opportunity, because it was the service I received from Bill that impressed me the most and the management team at Terryville Chevrolet should know that it was Bill that earned them a second chance to earn my business again possibly in the future. More
Although the detail was done very nicely I found myself waiting again too long. I dropped my truck off on Thursday at 4:30 and told the service people that I would be back by 4:30 on Friday.
