UPDATE 6/15/2026 - The Service Manager had reached out to help resolve our frustrations with the time it was taking to make the requested repairs. Once Eddie was involved we had our vehicle within two days!! Eddie had joined the team early this year and I believe him when he states that he is trying to make a difference with the service department. However the damage has been done and this does not change our mind with purchasing or using this dealership for any repairs or maintenance that are not covered under our Extended Warranty. I am all about second chances and there may be a few people who have received great service from Texan GMC, but everyone has to make their own judgement.
