Went here for an oil change I had an appointment for. Showed 15mins early for appointment. They took my car and it sat in a parking spot for almost an hour. I went to ask about it and was told everyone was at lunch. I wasn't too happy with that answer so guy went to check on car. Then someone runs and gets my car from service area. Guess not everyone was at lunch afterall. 30mins later car is done. Never once saw the service advisor that first helped me ever after car was 1st taken. Noone came and said anything about my car and if it needed anything else. Horrible customer service. 1st and last time at this location. More
