I am happy that I purchased a warranty for my kids jeep, but since last October I have had to use the service department 3 times. The first appointment they had my jeep for 3 months before the repairs were but since last October I have had to use the service department 3 times. The first appointment they had my jeep for 3 months before the repairs were complete. The second trip was not bad. The third time I was told that my vehicle would be inspected in 2 days and then a week and a half later it still had not been inspected. To top it off I was told that my warranty would cover the repairs and I would only pay my deductible, but when I picked up the vehicle they reversed what they told me and I ended up paying 3x my deductible. Not at all satisfied with the service department at this dealership. More
