First of all I think Gerardo Valle should be recognized for his knowledge and taking care of customers. He was very helpful, respectful, and caring to make sure my questions was answered correctly. He wasn’t pressuring or making me sit wondering what was going on once I found the truck I wanted. Once the numbers was worked out which didn’t take a long time, I was in financing signing. He was out getting the truck cleaned and ready. Then he went over every app needed to be downloaded and made sure they worked. He explained each app. After that we went to the truck and he went over everything there. Later on that day after I was gone. He texted to see how things was going and if I had any questions. Dealership work great and everything went smooth without any problems. It would be great if all dealerships worked this great with their customers. They gave me top dollar for my trade and made sure I got the best interest rate. It wasn’t just about them making a sale, it was about the customer getting the best deal and being happy. After spending $600 to fly to this dealership to look at a very specific vehicle, they tried to add a $1500 optional fee. When I refused to pay for the optional fee, they basically told me to leave. Once returning to the airport, I received a text saying the fee would be discounted off. The next day I provided the dealership with a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could return the following week to pick it up. The day after the deposit, I received a phone call from an egregiously rude manager named William, who told me he was not willing to honor the deposit. He told me if I wanted the vehicle I needed to drop what I was doing and head to the bank to do an instant wire transfer. I asked if this could wait until Monday (he called on a Friday afternoon and I was traveling and we had already agreed upon these terms the day prior) and he said no. I assume they had someone come in who was interested in the car and they decided to sell it out from under me regardless of the deposit already being paid. Absolutely the most unethical and egregiously arrogant dealership I have ever worked with. I would avoid this facility at all costs. More
