I made an appointment for a Tuesday to have three service items resolved. I was not given a loaner vehicle to drive because "There were none left". I was unable to contact my service writer after multiple attempts (direct line, cell and then switchboard), but he finally called back on Wednesday. He told me my car would be in with the technician on Thursday. Odd, I dropped it off on Tuesday. On Friday, my car was ready but parts needed to be ordered for the warranty repair. That was a month ago. No follow up. No call about the parts. Awful service. Justin was pleasant. But his pleasant behavior could not overcome the overall service I was given at Texan. More
