I asked multiple times if they provided extended warranties. After the 3rd request I got a quote. There were some communication issues, which Mike, the GM came back to me about and was (sho and delivery to me in MN, as I did the purchasing online. He was open to negotiating around the issues, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. After sales online can always be a risk, but TCD came through in the end, which I appreciated. The dealership and vehicles were detailed and clean, and we were able to test drive the car we came to see and quickly moved through the financing process. Chase Morton greeted us and was extremely helpful throughout the process, and Dan Adkins was amazing in working us through financing. The overall experience couldn't have been more efficient or more pleasant. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Texas Cars Direct - thank you guys! More
