Texas Auto Direct or Vroom online is the worst company i have ever dealt with in any industry. EVER. I went to trade a car. I was told the car would be traded. Their salesman instead stole the trade. It was recovered in Euless TX June 13th. They would not assist me in the salesman’s info to at least get the car back to me. The previous lender hold me accountable for what their sales rep did. They have lied. Lied. And lied. They are crooks. My car I was approved for is 42,000 I’ve paid on time for 4 months and my balance is STILL $42,000. I can’t trade it because the car is worth $19,000….AND I MADE A DOWN PAYMENT!!! They are unprosecuted robbers!! More
