When my wife wanted a newer vehicle, but couldn't decide what she wanted, we stopped by on a Sunday and looked around for hours. She picked one she liked and we looked it up online and researched it some more. That night, I made an offer on the car by email. Jimmy Gloff emailed me back the next day with a legit counter offer. I arranged financing locally ( I live 100 miles from them ) and made plans to drive over the next day to test drive it and check it out good. I arrived and checked in, they got Jimmy who came over and talked to me while they got the Acadia pulled around. He and the rest of the staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. It was a first class used GMC Acadia, looked great, drove great, and was priced right. We bought the vehicle and were out the door in around an hour. I will be back, it was just too easy ! More
