Complete ripoff! Back in March of this year, I ordered a vehicle from Vroom (Texas Direct Auto). Upon receiving the vehicle and realizing that the vehicle was damaged Back in March of this year, I ordered a vehicle from Vroom (Texas Direct Auto). Upon receiving the vehicle and realizing that the vehicle was damaged I let my concerns be known to Vroom. After a somewhat half-hearted effort to make things right with the vehicle's condition, I have patiently waited for this company (90 plus days and counting) to send my vehicle's title information to Lee County Alabama --I am still waiting. I have exhausted every effort to get this information from Vroom and USAA (which is also located in the State of Texas). Yet every time I contact either company, I get the same answer: "We'll have some information for you tomorrow." Well as I said earlier, it has been 90 plus days and counting of tomorrow's and I still do not have the title information promised to me. To make matters worse, the temp tag they issued me expired. And so Vroom after many many emails, reluctantly had a 30 day tag sent to me acouple days ago. In my humble opinion, I feel as if this is a consorted effort by both Vroom and USAA to scam me out of $35,981.71. It is also of my opinion that it takes a certain special type of crook to scam a 73 year old permanently disabled Vietnam veteran. More

Paperwork and drive out were about as painless as they could have been. Delivery of my vehicle was delayed 20 days. Could not get an answer as to where my vehicle was in transit. Once vehicle was received it was damaged and vroom decided to tell me that, it originally passed ins an answer as to where my vehicle was in transit. Once vehicle was received it was damaged and vroom decided to tell me that, it originally passed inspection and it was not noted so there was nothing they could do. They have agreed to give me back my delivery fee but I still have not received that as of now 5/11/20. More
