Good experience buying a luxury car I came to the dealership with a strong understanding of what I wanted in a car - had done my homework and even test drove a used S8 previously. Rod Smith understood this after our initial conversation, and he did not try to change my mind. He accommodated my difficult schedule, and allowed me to test drive the car around my schedule as well. We didn't haggle over the price long, but he did offer some discount to the already competitive price. The day of my purchase (Saturday), the dealership was packed (which happens here) and that resulted in a long, extended buying experience that required several trips back to the dealership - but nothing major. Following the purchase, the dealership kept my deposit much longer than I would have liked, but other than that, a very good experience with TDA. I would recommend them to someone who knows the type of car they are looking for, and even to a used luxury car buyer who doesn't need the intense "luxury car experience". More
