Being in the military I have had the opportunity to live all over the United States and I must say Texas Auto Direct has to be the best automobile dea Being in the military I have had the opportunity to live all over the United States and I must say Texas Auto Direct has to be the best automobile dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. They were very friendly, have a vast selection, and in my opinion unbeatable prices. My purchase was a 2013 Porsche Panamera S w/ around 6k miles. At the time of my purchased I was stationed in California. I worked with Jarrell Cooper who was professional in every sense of the word and answered all my questions and returned my telephone calls and emails in a timely manner. Looking online does not do the TAD justice. Ryan Pash called me to ensure everything was going well and recommended that I fly to Houston to see visit the dealership and drive before I purchased to ensure I was happy with what I was getting. I flew from California to Houston to see what I was getting and was not the least bit disappointed. When I landed at the Airport I was picked up within 5 minutes in a Mercedes Benz Bus. Upon arriving at the dealership I was really moved by the family atmosphere and state of the art dealership. In addition, there was a kitchen where they cook lunch for patrons for free...I chose to have a philly cheese steak. You really have to visit in person to get the full experience of the first class service TAD provides. I decided not to drive my car back to California so they also worked with a auto transport company to ship my car to me. In total I saved more $15,000 buying this vehicle here so flying here was money well spent. This experience has changed the way I think about purchasing cars and will continue to give my business to Texas Auto Direct in the future. More
