Internet Buying Experience with Miguel Sanchez I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Coupe from Texas Direct Auto using their internet buying service. The web site is very accurate and I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Coupe from Texas Direct Auto using their internet buying service. The web site is very accurate and detailed and Miguel knows his business. I drove three hours to the dealership on the scheduled date and the car was ready and waiting exactly when Miguel said it would be and in perfect condition. The car was serviced and thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I spent very little time at the dealership, maybe an hour, and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. It is WAY different than any other dealership I've ever used in 40 years of car buying. Texas Direct Auto is a Disneyland of vehicles! Appreciate Miguel and all the other staff. My purchase of a Buick Verano with Jarrell Cooper My experience was the best I'd ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle. I really wanted this car and looked at various others in the area online. I started with another dealer but the salesman was not responsive. I then saw the car on the Texas Direct Auto site and sent an inquiry in via email one night at 11pm. I swear that before 9am the next day, Jarrell & I were wheeling and dealing. He was awesome and very responsive. I had a hiccup with getting my titled transferred from another state for my trade in but Jarrell was the consumate professional with that as well. He provided clear guidelines on their policies for holding the vehicle until I got all my documents. I received my title and was able to continue the deal. Not to mention that my credit was less than stellar,finance (I wish that I could remember his name) was able to conjure some voodoo and get me a deal with a reasonable interest rate. They perform miracles, I tell ya! I will be back there for my next car! More
