I am formally lodging a serious complaint regarding the conduct of Robert Sweeney and his supervisor, whose actions demonstrate clear dishonesty, misrepresentation, and unethical billing practices. When I questioned why a complimentary car wash was not provided after paying in excess of $1,300 for service, Mr. Sweeney falsely stated that the vehicle had already been washed—an assertion that was patently untrue. I was initially provided with one estimate, only to be charged additional amounts without transparent disclosure or my informed consent. This constitutes deceptive business conduct. The manner in which I was treated raises significant concerns about unfair and potentially discriminatory practices.
