I had a frustrating experience with this USED CARS dealership. Before I even arrived, I was assured that the car I was interested in was ready and available to see. However, when I got there, they tol dealership. Before I even arrived, I was assured that the car I was interested in was ready and available to see. However, when I got there, they told me the car was still at the shop and would arrive “anytime.” To secure the car, they urged me to complete the paperwork, promising it would be ready later in the evening. The real disappointment came when I followed up. Each time I called, I got vague responses, with no stable ETA. They kept pushing the timeline, saying it would be ready after 5 PM, but with no clear or consistent updates. Overall, the lack of transparency and communication made this experience incredibly stressful and left me feeling misled. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership unless they make serious improvements to their customer service. More

The Advisor name AK Inyang was very professional he advised me of everything that was going on with my car. He walk me through each step on my paperwork and explained to me to come back to get the work advised me of everything that was going on with my car.
