Smell, Rattle, and Roll! My car LOOKS beautiful. Well, it is lipstick on a pig! I bought this car brand new from Texas Nissan (Grapevine) and have had the worst new car bu My car LOOKS beautiful. Well, it is lipstick on a pig! I bought this car brand new from Texas Nissan (Grapevine) and have had the worst new car buying experience. Since the very first month, it has had problems which the dealership repair shop refuses to fix. Every time I bring it in, they say they either can't hear, see, smell, or replicate the issue. Even when a manager heard the rattle of the engine and suggested it was potentially the engine block, the mechanic returned the car to me saying they couldn't replicate the issue. It has also had a smell coming from the vents since the first few weeks and it has never gone away. Most recently, the a/c has gone out only in the left vents. I took a video with a thermometer and they said they still need to replicate it in the shop. They told me to bring my car in as soon as it starts to happen. So, I did just that this week. I drove directly to a Denton dealership and they refused to step into my car to document this was happening. They say I need to make an appointment. I explain I already had several appointments and that it doesn't happen when I bring it in for an appointment. They told me I could leave my car but they wouldn't be able to get to it for 3 days. No loaner is ever given. Hours upon hours of time taken off work, of being without a car, and not one single fix. Instead, they suggest I need new tires at 24k miles (!). Crazy considering you can still see much tread and vent spews. When I brought it in for oil and tire rotation (which is free under warranty), they say I don't need a tire rotation (which should happen every 5k). I have had a rattle from the mid console light, wind sounds coming from the windows or rails, a scraping sound coming from the wheels, knocking sounds from the engine at approx 20-25 mph, smell/heat coming from the a/c. Yesterday my husband spoke with a manager at Texas Nissan and he said he couldn't help. I will run, not walk, to HONDA or TOYOTA. More

Your prices are to high it doesn't cost $900 for 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment when I know I can get all seasonal 60000 mile tires for $74 each and a 4 wheel alignment for $65 . And it shouldn't take a hour and half to check our truck out, but the people were friendly and when we bought the truck there I told the salesman I wanted a price on a full warranty that covered everything not just a warranty that covers checking the truck out and oil changes for 3 years or 36,000 miles and the salesman we asked for was not the salesman we got, but at least he doesn't work there anymore.
