I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima from Texas Nissan of Grapevine on 10/23 for 13,500 expecting it to be in reliable condition. However, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Shortly after Grapevine on 10/23 for 13,500 expecting it to be in reliable condition. However, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Shortly after taking the car home, I discovered it was severely under-maintained. Upon a thorough inspection, it became apparent that the vehicle required $2,200 in additional repairs to be considered safe to drive. I reached out to the dealership for support, but my concerns were dismissed. I also escalated the issue to Nissan corporate, hoping for some accountability, but they failed to provide any resolution. Despite the significant safety concerns and repair costs, neither the dealership nor corporate took any responsibility. This left me with a vehicle that remains unsafe and non-operational, despite fulfilling all financial obligations at the time of purchase. To add to my frustration, my salesperson, KP, was more helpful than the dealership’s General Manager, Ahmad. When I addressed the issue with Ahmad, he was rude and dismissive, acting as if I was the problem rather than acknowledging the defective condition of the vehicle sold to me. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I feel completely misled and disappointed by Texas Nissan of Grapevine. Buying a car should be a trustworthy experience, yet this dealership failed to deliver on the most basic standard of integrity. Their conduct reflects a "crooked car salesman" mentality, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to look elsewhere. For comparison, I recommend Crest Nissan of Frisco for pre-owned purchases and maintenance. Their team, particularly Mario in service, has been far more professional and reliable in my past experiences. I am requesting the Better Business Bureau to intervene and hold Texas Nissan of Grapevine accountable for selling a vehicle in unsafe condition without proper disclosure. I am seeking compensation for the $2,200 in necessary repairs or a refund for the purchase. More

They wanted me to "be safe on the road" so it needed to be handled right away. Note: I hardly drove the car from the time I purchased until this visit. It's a spare "fun" car, not a commuter car. So, I went in for one thing and ended up spending over $300 for brakes that should have been fixed PRIOR to selling the car to anyone. Slip shoddy and dangerous practices. They are lucky nothing happened or they could have had a bigger problem on hand. I've been texting and leaving messages for the general manager to reach out to me to discuss, but nothing. More
I went in for an oil change and multipoint inspection to travel 500 miles from DFW to West Texas. They recommended I get an alignment and tire rotation. (mistake) On my way back from West Texas to DFW, a travel 500 miles from DFW to West Texas. They recommended I get an alignment and tire rotation. (mistake) On my way back from West Texas to DFW, a tire sensor light came on. The West Texas tire shop could not find anything wrong with the tire with the sensor light on and sent me on my way. They thought it was only a sensor malfunction. I made it back to DFW. But the next day the tire flat on the back tire. I discovered through a different DFW automotive repair company that Texan Nissan did not rotate the sensors properly to reflect tire rotation and alignment service. I am so thankful that I did not have a tire blow out. It was a slow leak. I have no plans to do further business with Texan Nissan. I am also wondering who removes your old oil change sticker and doesn’t clean the sticky film? Also, who doesn’t give the customer their multipoint inspection report or even go over it with them? Answer: Texan Nissan These may seem like small things but their red flags for me as well. More

My salesman Mo was fabulous. Personal, professional & he worked hard to get my business. Frank (I believe) and Jose, Sales Manager both worked hard to get my business. I test drove a gorgeous Nissan Rogue Premium AWD and fell in love with it. Smooth pick up and I didn’t feel like I was driving an egg. Super nice. Sadly, as much as they tried, I had to leave without “my car”. It was not related to the dealership, the finance rates are just too high for me to do the deal. Thanks to Mo, Frank (I believe), and once again Jose, who, worked with me when I bought my Murano almost four years ago. I appreciate your efforts gentlemen!! More

TLDR—Don't get service done here. The staff is extremely unprofessional, and they damaged my car without compensation! Extended Version: The most dreadful experience I have ever ha The staff is extremely unprofessional, and they damaged my car without compensation! Extended Version: The most dreadful experience I have ever had with a "professional" service center. I took my car to get a wheel alignment, but one of the mechanics broke a bolt from one of the wheel arms. They said it was due to rust, even though they could've just refused me service, and I would've gone on my merry way. I asked them what they could do, and I had to wait until the next day. I called Mr. Duran about 8 times, waiting for a response. I called the main office and finally got a hold of him. They told me it would cost ME to fix my car, either by replacing parts (costing +3k) or welding it; both would come out of my pocket. I was then transferred to the service center manager; he picked up but hung up on me within a second. I had someone drive me there and walk up to see the manager for myself. They told me that they would cover the welding. However, I'd have to wait until the next day—2 DAYS without a car. I had full-time work and school that I couldn't miss out on. They told me that, at the time, all rental cars were grounded, so I had no option but to pay for rides for a mistake that this service center had made with barely any compensation. Thank you for reading this far. More

Picking out the car was easy. Getting my questions answered about the car we wanted was pretty easy. We had an agreement in writing for the trade in amount. We made the long drive Getting my questions answered about the car we wanted was pretty easy. We had an agreement in writing for the trade in amount. We made the long drive to the dealership, and the initial paperwork went relatively quick with the sales rep. We then waited over 2 hours to see a finance representative. Oddly the trade in amount listed was $1800 less than what was agreed upon in writing prior to making the long drive to the dealership. In addition while waiting we got notifications from our credit monitoring that we had at least an additional 4 hard inquiries while we were waiting there that we did not authorize, nor would we have as the finance company and terms was previously selected before that point. We've bought many cars over the years, at many dealerships, in many locations, and this is one of, if not the very worst experience we've ever had buying a car. We will not be giving these folks our business again and I hope us sharing our experience helps you avoid having the same we had. We have since filed a BBB complaint to give the dealership the opportunity to do the right thing and show some integrity and refund us the difference of the trade in price that we originally agreed to and what was put on the paperwork after we drove 4hrs and waited another 2 to complete the paperwork. But not surprisingly, and in typical shady car dealer fashion, they declined. In addition, we were told that the unauthorized hard credit inquiries would be removed from our credit files. We were also told we would be sent proof that this these corrections were in process, and we have not been sent proof of this either to date. More
