If I could give a zero, then I would. They priced a pickup but when I asked about it they had a recon of $2500. They the leave off the list price. They would t ever give me a detailed quote, just a final price. Crooked and dishonest. I red the reviews and thought, well can’t be, trust me, it was! More
1. They tried to charge us $3,000 conditional fee on top of the advertised price. 2. The sensor of the windshield was not working when we were buying the car and we pointed this to 2 of the sales people. of the advertised price. 2. The sensor of the windshield was not working when we were buying the car and we pointed this to 2 of the sales people. They said it was like this because they just changed the wipers liquid and it will disappear after driving for a few miles. One month later, the sensor still gives an error on the dashboard which is very annoying. 3. The rims and the tires were polished with some substance that disappeared after the first rain a few days later. The tires are yellowish and cracked, and there is a damage on the rims. The car is 11k miles only ,can't have old tires. 4. The girl who finalized our paperwork made us "a big favor". After taking our financial paperwork, she did the miracle of lowering the APR and getting us "free" extended warranty but we ended up having the same monthly payment we were quoted with the higher APR and please note (!!!), it is not for 72 months like we requested but she changed the period to 75 months without telling us! But, you know, the monthly payment is the same! So we got the "free" warranty (she repeated this 10 times) and after I asked her how come we have the same monthly payment with lower APR she actually mentioned that the warranty is not much - about $2,000 - and we can cancel it at any time and get a refund. It's been already a month and we haven't gotten any paperwork regarding the warranty (which is actually $3,000) that we want to cancel immediately. We called the dealership twice and no one could help. One of the guys said "We are corporate, so you don't have to worry about anything". Not the case. I don't even think to go back there. Also, we will make sure to spread the word to anyone we can as this is one of the worst and most unpleasant experiences we had! More
I would leave 0 stars! I purchased a '07 used vehicle from them and the sales rep said, and I have his email, "This car has some visible interior damage, but all our cars g I purchased a '07 used vehicle from them and the sales rep said, and I have his email, "This car has some visible interior damage, but all our cars get fully inspected and this one passed with flying colors". I agreed to the visible conditions and to replace 2 tires. The next day I had the car in to get the new tires and the mechanic said he could not believe someone let my son, a first-time driver, drive this car off the lot. The lower control arm bushings were so deteriorated and all 4 upper arms needed to be replaced. I took it to 2 different mechanics, and they said the same. The whole reason the tires needed to be replaced were due to a deteriorated suspension that was not disclosed to me and in fact the exact opposite was told. After 1 MONTH of calling and being promised calls back to handle the issues I was told by sales manager Josh, that I bought a car as is and that all their documents I singed acknowledged that. After our back and forth I stated I would let this encounter be known through reviews. In return Josh threatened to leave a negative review with my company that he has nothing to do with and that I built after my time in the service. I spent over $11,000 cash, no financing, and all my issues were brought up with in 24hours to my sales rep and the first of 4 managers. I was not looking for a new car, just for the dealership to make this car safe to drive for my son first car and they blew me off and threatened my company.. More

Do not recommend them for purchasing your vehicles. None of the sales men have any knowledge of the cars in their lot. Please read the car fax on your vehicle of interested. I came three different time None of the sales men have any knowledge of the cars in their lot. Please read the car fax on your vehicle of interested. I came three different times, once last month. No cars interested in. Looked online found a great car for a good deal. Came in spoke to Chris he showed us the vehicle we were unable to test drive because they lost the keys, and apparently have had them lost for 3 days now. Chris said he would make a note about the keys & check an eta on when a locksmith would come out and have it programmed and cut. He said tomorrow morning (today). It was about 12:30 and I haven’t heard back about the locksmith coming out and making the key. So I called Texas Nissan they informed me it was made, I could come up and test drive today. When I arrived, I was able to test drive it! We informed them I would be buying it out full in CASH! When I walked back in from the test drive, ready to purchase today in full cash!! Brandon said another sales person had sold the car already, and they were waiting approval to finalize the purchase! *laughing* They undersold from a CASH PURCHASER while I was out testing, and then had the audacity to say they could help me find another vehicle! Lol why would any reasonable person continue business with a company that wastes their buyers time and will under sale while you’re test driving lol! Then their sales manger Cole, saw no issue in what occur today nor offered any solution to this issue. He only informed me I should of put a down payment on a vehicle they had no keys for which is laughable as well (it’s a non refundable down payment.) Then lied and said no one informed him of us coming the day before, but Chris made note because I spoke to him again, and the only reason they made the new key was because of myself the potential buyer who came the day before. They’re a grimy company, and that’s probably why Car Dealer Rater rates them a 2 out of 5! I don’t blame Chris for any of this that occur today, Chris was great and has been helpful even on his day off. More
I went to trade in my car for a used truck that was not at the dealership but at a nearby auction where it was about to be sold. They were willing to go get it for me because I wanted to see the truck befo at the dealership but at a nearby auction where it was about to be sold. They were willing to go get it for me because I wanted to see the truck before I bought it (obviously). When we picked up the truck, it was dirty, stained, and the mileage was 5k higher than advertised. I didn’t catch the name of the seller but he was extremely rude and condescending bc we didn’t sign for the car after test driving it. We saw multiple red flags in the staff, in addition to finding out one side airbag was recalled. We decided not to get the truck and they held our keys for about 20 minutes and wouldn’t give them back to us because they were “lost”. In reality, they were just making us wait because they were upset we didn’t get the truck. In the meantime, the seller was repeating “man you made us waste our time” over and over. They were upset That we backed out of a bad deal and they weren’t able to rip us off. Unprofessional, unlikeable, and incompetent sellers through and through. Losing a client is part of working at a dealership. If you can’t handle somebody backing out of a deal, you should find another job instead of berating customers. I’m not going to sign just to make you happy. Tip: DEMAND for your car keys back. Nobody is having lunch at 6pm- they are just sore losers. More
Run don't walk away from this dealership! They will scam you. The advertised price of their vehicles are deceiving because when you sit down to go over numbers you will notice a $3,500.00 "re They will scam you. The advertised price of their vehicles are deceiving because when you sit down to go over numbers you will notice a $3,500.00 "reconditioning fee" that they add to the price. They justify this fee by stating that it covers any unexpected issues with the vehicle after you drive off the lot but any dealership that would add this fee to the price will also not stand behind the repair in my opinion. In addition, I did not encounter any professional sales staff. You will likely feel a shady vibe walking through the door so beware and listen to your gut. You can google/youtube the "reconditioning fee" and see that there are warnings out there for this sales tactic. I would also verify that they are charging the correct amount for the tax, title and registration fees and they're not up charging these as well. More
