Absolutely the worst car buying experience in my life. I’m very unhappy they tacked on $5000 to the car price saying it was for dealer add ons which were tint, wheel locks, pinstripe and door guards. They I’m very unhappy they tacked on $5000 to the car price saying it was for dealer add ons which were tint, wheel locks, pinstripe and door guards. They tried to pass off these things as done, but the pinstripe and door guards were not on my car. Then they tried to says the price increase was actually for market adjustment and said they always go over that with customers and explain they are increasing the price from sticker price. They absolutely never mentioned this to me and they have you sign everything electronically so you do not see the actual #s. Then the finance person said they were adding $500 for the extended warranty, well once I look at the docs it’s $1300. I won’t list the names of those I worked with yet because I am still hoping for a resolution. I 100% feel they took advantage of me because I’m a female and not well versed in car buying. I also emailed the GM but of course have not received a response at all. Never shop here… beware of unethical practices More
I wanted to mention that QB surpass expectations for POOR customer service. I mentioned the car had a few issues, and he said "I will take care of them", but he didn't. The tint was coming off the windows an customer service. I mentioned the car had a few issues, and he said "I will take care of them", but he didn't. The tint was coming off the windows and he said "We have a professional tint window guy onsite that will take care of it", and absolutely nothing was done. Also, he promised to get me another key for my truck, BUT, not only, I have to drive 38 miles each way, but also I MUST go ONLY on Wednesdays between 9:00 and 10:00 am. And if the guy is sick, or decides not to come to work that day, I am screwed!!!! THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They promise, they will take care of many things while the negotiation is in progress, but once you drive out of the parking lot, you are nobody to them. Isaias is a snake!!! He is a liar. He added 6 months to my contract for no reason. I told him I was not signing that document, and he changed it to the ALREADY approved 60 month contract. He's very sneaky, BE AWARE!!!!! More
I would NOT even give a 1/16 star rating! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM!!!!!!!! I went on Wednesday to test drive 2018 Frontier, and everything went really well. No issues, and I really liked the car. QB my sal IS A SCAM!!!!!!!! I went on Wednesday to test drive 2018 Frontier, and everything went really well. No issues, and I really liked the car. QB my salesperson was really helpful, UNTIL I visited Isaias or whatever his name is in the financing office. He tried to fool me by adding 6 more months to my contract for absolutely no reason. He said that the system didn't allow him to add the 60 months, when I was ALREADY APPROVED for. HE IS A SNAKE!!!!! He insisted to take the extended warranty again and again, and I firmly said no, he got upset and gave me the papers to sign with attitude. I know you don't have a car, but you have two legs to run away as fast as possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! More
I’d give half a star if I could. I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Texas Nissan in Grapevine. They are exactly why car dealerships have the reputation they do. First, there are bogus “non-negoti by my experience with Texas Nissan in Grapevine. They are exactly why car dealerships have the reputation they do. First, there are bogus “non-negotiable” restoration fees tacked on to the advertised price of the car. I was upfront and honest from the get-go and got nothing but smoke and mirrors in return. Isaiah in the finance department was snakey. I asked questions on every document I was asked to sign, was thorough in reading, (ya know, because this is a big decision and a considerable amount of money), and he brushed each of my questions and acted like I shouldn’t be taking the time to read the documents. I ended up catching mistakes on 2 documents that he had to fix and reprint. At this point, I’m not sure if they were actually mistakes or if he was trying to slip something by me. When it came to warranty, I told him no 3 times. He kept pushing me, talking about how german cars are expensive to fix and how my car would be prone to break down during the warranty time period, definitely pressing me to the point to where I was second guessing my decision to not go with the warranty. He asked if he took some off the price, if I would say yes. At this point, I knew I was going to be very upset with myself if I said no to warranty and something went wrong. I told him that getting up to the 16,000s in price scared me (I was paying for this car in cash and didn’t want to stretch my budget too thin). He said “okay, what if your all-in price was $15,900? Would you do it then?” And I said yes. I financed the car to allow time for the money to move from my savings to my checking, and by the time my account was open and I was able to pay off the principal amount, I paid it off completely aside from the $100 deposit & $650 downpayment I had given the dealership. After waiting almost a month for the $750 to be applied to my account so that I can close it out, I text Isaiah to get an update on what’s going on. He responds with a photo of paperwork (not signed by me) that says the all-in total price was $16,650. I was initially encouraged by the sales person James, who worked with me and seemed awesome. However, after feeling like I’ve had one pulled over on me, I can firmly say I will not be doing business with Texas Nissan ever again. This has been an extremely upsetting experience, and I strongly recommend that everyone else stay away as well. More
Unethical Dealer. Avoid at all costs. Dealer charges thousands in "safety reconditioning fees" on used vehicles. This is a lie. When a safety defect was pointed out on the vehicle, the dealer attempted thousands in "safety reconditioning fees" on used vehicles. This is a lie. When a safety defect was pointed out on the vehicle, the dealer attempted to strong arm me during negotiations by increasing the price of the vehicle. Charging %15 in fees on top of the increasing the asking price for a service that does not exist is clearly deceptive and unethical. More
I gave it two stars because the salesman was nice enough. The pictures on the internet didn’t show the many flaws this vehicle had. It was for my husbands company. He has a new salesman that needs a vehicle. The pictures on the internet didn’t show the many flaws this vehicle had. It was for my husbands company. He has a new salesman that needs a vehicle. This truck we looked at was missing a tailgate, missing all of the seat controls/handles and wires were hanging out from under the dashboard. I get that the price was cheap, but they should’ve put pictures of the issues. Then, we wouldn’t have wasted our time driving an hour. We found a truck newer year and lower miles for 6K more. Worth it because it’s in great shape and can tell it was taken care of. The truck at this dealer was beat up!! More

I had bought their oil change special buy 5 and get 2 free. after 2 oils changes, they have cancelled rest of the oil changes and come up with the excuse that I had to sign contract. When I asked them why after 2 changes I had to sign contract they had no answer. When I spoke to the supervisor, he was no different than his sales rep. If I had seen reviews I would not have gone there. More
