Came in to Texas Nissan of Grapevine to buy a Maxima. Everything the car salesman did was excellent. When I went in to do financing the gentleman that did the financing for me, asked if I was interested Everything the car salesman did was excellent. When I went in to do financing the gentleman that did the financing for me, asked if I was interested in an extended warranty and i was interested in extending my warranty to 100k. He also asked if I was interested in a maintenance plan which I was on the fence about and the gentleman could see that. Next, he stated that if I purchase the maintenance plan all I would be responsible for would be tires, he even went as far as saying that even my windshield wiper blades are covered. He stated the maintenance plan and the warranty would be an additional 4k. I didn't think this was out of the ordinary since ten years ago I purchased a BMW and they had a maintenance plan like this gentleman was describing. I ended up purchasing both the maintenance plan and the extended warranty. The guy printed the documents up and highlighted the areas I needed to sign put it in front of me and said this is for your warranty and maintenance, in fact he said this is for your platinum maintenance plan and unfortunately I signed. Fast forward to a week ago, I went to get my 10k scheduled maintenance at Texas Nissan of Grapevne, and they yes that will be $59 for this and $20 something for this. I kindly told the gentlemen that I had the platinum maintenance plan to which he said no you don't. He stated that all I had bought was 20 oil changes and tire rotations. I called looking for the finance guy and shockingly he is no longer employed there. Next, I reached out to the finance manager Jared and explained the above he called me back a couple of days later and said I can't get what my representative stated to you but I think I can at least get you scheduled maintenance taken care just let me reach out to my boss for the ok. I stated that I would be more than satisfied with that. Today Jared called me and stated they will be unable to provide what the he stated and if I don't want it to just call and cancel. So I'm going to be canceling every additional thing they sold me. The warranty that they sold me wasn't even through the manufacturer. Now I can't get the manufacturer warranty that I thought I was getting in the first place cause the car has 10k miles on it. I really feel as if the pulled the old bait and switch. Do yourself a favor and don't do business at Texas Nissan of Grapevine! More
This dealership is a scam. Literally shady people working here. They added on a warranty that I never asked for or would be told I was receiving. They never even gave me the paperwork on said warranty I boug here. They added on a warranty that I never asked for or would be told I was receiving. They never even gave me the paperwork on said warranty I bought (which again they just put it on there without telling me) the car was listed sticker for 14k they took out 25k through a loan in my name when they said they would take it out for $15,200 (by the time tax title and license was factored in) with that being said I also put 5k down in cash so they basically just pocket my down payment of 5k and still took out a 25k loan. This was last night, I went to return the car today and they want to take $2200 as a restocking fee in order to void the deal, $2200 of my $5k that they didn’t even use towards the down payment. I will be going to the better business bureau and corporate. These people are crooks including salesman -Sarah (who needs to work on her attitude.) finances- Ron is very nice but not very thorough on what steps are actually being taken and last but not least manager- David, he proceeded to lie and say steps couldn’t be taken the other two people with me called him out on it and then he wanted to argue with me like a child and not trying to do anything to rectify this situation. I will take this down if it’s handled accordingly and you admit to your false advertisement and just plain deceitful. The customer service here has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. Would not recommend to anyone ever, not even my worst enemy. More
I saw a used car pop up on a site I was tracking and I reached out to the dealership. Salesperson Jeff Wright answered the call and within minutes I had a firm price and some pictures and even a video of reached out to the dealership. Salesperson Jeff Wright answered the call and within minutes I had a firm price and some pictures and even a video of the car. Put a deposit on a cc to hold the vehicle and further inspection began. I was far out of state, and asked for a LOT of detailed pictures and videos. I asked for detailing work to be done to the car, and asked for a service report. Jeff Wright got it all done for me within a few days, and I made the final payment. Basel Abbas oversaw the transport of the vehicle and even face-timed with me as they were loading the car onto the enclosed trailer. Total time from 1st call to dealership to delivery of vehicle to my driveway was exactly 2 weeks. Great job by the team at Texas Nissan! More
If I had seen this site I would not have gone there. The worst experience I've had with a dealership. I've been with Nissan for over 12 years and never had an issue. Customer service is the worst. Just bought a used car there a month ago. Salesman was ok, generic conversation. When it came time to negotiate the sales manager was deceptive and did not tell the truth as we found out while in finance. ok, generic conversation. When it came time to negotiate the sales manager was deceptive and did not tell the truth as we found out while in finance. Almost walked out in finance but they were able to give us what we were looking for. Another issue is finance never gave us all the paperwork we signed and can not get them on the phone. We had an extended warranty we bought and they can’t get us the contract. Still working to get it a month later. Every time I call receptionist puts me on hold or doesn’t answer. After they got your business they are all rude and not helpful. I would never go back. Looking into legal actions as well. More

They ruined my car. It worked when I arrived, didn't work when they finished. I took my car back to Texas Nissan so they could repair what they had broken (their request) . After I had waited patiently for when they finished. I took my car back to Texas Nissan so they could repair what they had broken (their request) . After I had waited patiently for several hours, Mark Topham (Service Director) gets involved, refuses to fix their mistake and says they can put what they taken apart back together or I can have it towed away today. Either way, Texas Nissan is done. Never pay someone who works on your car without a test drive to ensure all is ok before you pay the bill - trusting this dealership and Mark Topham was my mistake. To get this posted, I had to change the review a little. It seems Texas Nissan complains if you say anything mean to or about them. More
This dealership seems great until you get in and begin working with finance. They promise top dollar for trade and then low ball you when you actually begin making a deal. My husband and I went in not totally committed to purchasing a car, but Jeff got us such a good deal we had to buy! Great service from everyone we dealt with, from purchase to paperwork. We love our purchasing a car, but Jeff got us such a good deal we had to buy! Great service from everyone we dealt with, from purchase to paperwork. We love our "new to us" Odyssey! More
Stay away from this place and sales rep Miguel Hernandez. I was there to look at vehicle with a specific sales price of $12,000. I travelled an hour and forty-five to test drive it. Here is Texas Nissan o I was there to look at vehicle with a specific sales price of $12,000. I travelled an hour and forty-five to test drive it. Here is Texas Nissan of Grapevine’s scheme.... they bait you by advertising a lower price to get you to come see them, and then you test drive a vehicle that they know you’re going to love. The catch... when Mr. Hernandez pulls up the price it’s not $12,000, it’s $16,500 because there is a “reconditioning fee” that’s added that they don’t tell you about. I believe he added this fee because I wasn’t going to finance through them. “Are you going to finance through us?”, was literally the first question he asked when we met, so of course he is going to have to make up that loss of money for Nissan somehow. This was the biggest waste of my time. I would have never made the long trip if I knew the true asking price of $16,500. My advice? Don’t go to Texas Nissan of Grapevine. And, if you are still interested in car shopping with them I highly recommend that you call first to ask if there are any hidden fees that are not initially disclosed to you. I’m writing poor reviews with Google, Car Guru, Dealrater, and any other search engine I can think of so that others won’t go through the same con and hassle as I did. Good luck car shopping. More
