I have sent a review. The service we received was slow- my husband waited 1 1/2 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. When the service person was asked about when th The service we received was slow- my husband waited 1 1/2 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. When the service person was asked about when the car would be ready he couldn't give any information about the car. the car was returned to my husband with an oil change but no tire rotation. He was told to return on the following Tuesday for the tire rotation. We received very good service with our previous car but the service we have received was unacceptable and we will not return. I dropped off my vehicle to get a detail which they said would take up to 5 hours, and then when I got a text saying it was ready I drove an hour to get it and it wasn't even detailed at all. Clinton was an awesome salesman and knew the cars. HE was upfront and worked hard for us. I really appreciated him and he is the reason we ended up buying. The whole internet pricing situation is EXTREMELY misleading. To list a car for $19,700 to get you to drive 3 hours and then have a starting negotiating process at $25k because you have put a couple new tires on it and cleaned it is ridiculous. I realize that 19,700 was before t,t,l… but the quoted price “including fees” was $21,400 online. I was told “everyone” does this but I have bought 9 used cars in my life and never seen this. Just put the price of the car on the internet that you want to sale it for. Thanks Clinton for all of your help. More
Oil change ptocess was goodPl other than running behinf schedule w appointment. However, I also have a popping noise tgat was reported same time that has yet to be repaired 2 mths later.
