In addition, Robert documented they could not recreate the noise I was hearing when applying the brakes but as soon as I took it from the dealership, it made the same noise I was hearing before. All of the vehicle's problems I came in with were not addressed and now will have to take the vehicle somewhere else for service. Robert kept saying he was new to that role at Nissan but never seemed to ask for assistance from his peers to help him provide good service for me. Very unfortunate. More

Time issue. I had to wait 30 minutes from the time I pulled into the bay until a service rep came to check me in. There were six other vehicles in front of me an I had to wait 30 minutes from the time I pulled into the bay until a service rep came to check me in. There were six other vehicles in front of me and at least three had people waiting in their cars. There were apparently only 2 service reps on duty. After they took the info on a car they returned to their office for 20 to 25 minutes before they came out to the next car. The reason this was so unusual for me is that I have been using this dealership since 2012 and have bought three cars and had them serviced at the dealership. In all that time, this is the longest I have ever had to wait to check a car in. Every other time has been within 5 min. That my car was checked in. One time I did have to wait 15 minutes and I was told it was due to them being short staffed. I did notice this time that there were two other people in and out of two service reps offices but they never came out to check anyone in while I was waiting in the bay. More

Samantha was great! She said probable 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait. I understood completely as it was quite busy bur said if cutting it down a bit, no need to wash it.
