Staff is friendly and helpful but it seems there isn’t enough staff in service department. It took 2.5 hrs for my car to be serviced with oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid change. My daughter’s car had an issue with the radiator and it needed service. We knew we had an extended warranty, but couldn’t find the paperwork, so we called the dealer we bought the car at (not Texas Nissan) needed service. We knew we had an extended warranty, but couldn’t find the paperwork, so we called the dealer we bought the car at (not Texas Nissan) and they said her warranty was expired. That didn’t seem right so I called Texas Nissan and spoke to Ray. He found the extended warranty and let me know it was still valid. Ray helped me arrange a tow to the dealership and kept me informed throughout the process. It was a really good experience. More
