I purchased a VW Jetta from this dealership. This has been the worst experience in regard to purchasing a vehicle. I feel I was sold a lemon and have had to spend money and time fixing things. In fact, the dealership had to provide me a rental car for over a week due to issues with the car (2 days after purchasing). The "free" oil changes have cost me money overall. I believe I have had 3 oil changes and have visited the service center at least 2-3 times AFTER an oil change due to leakage. (9-10 times overall AND I have the privilege to visit AGAIN tomorrow due to more leakage). The last "oil" change, rotation, and inspection will consist of 4 total visits and 3 "fixes" due to leaks. Not to mention, after securing an appointment, I spent 2-3 hours at least waiting for my vehicle. I am at a loss and very disappointed. Feel free to contact me Gregg Mitchell 817-240-0841. More
Fast diagnosis of repairs needed, but slow completion of those repairs. The 3 repairs waited to start until all parts were recieved, rather than start on 2 that used in house parts.
