As a Toyota lease customer I expected better from the Toyota service department in Grapevine. I had an appointment for my 6 month service which included an oil change and a tire rotation. This has never Toyota service department in Grapevine. I had an appointment for my 6 month service which included an oil change and a tire rotation. This has never taken longer than 1-2 hours on a busy day. Today I waited 3 and a half hours. I wasn’t communicated with about wait time upon arrival and when I asked my servicer Sabrina two hours in to waiting she told me there were busy, instead of giving me a time estimate like I had asked. I had to ask her three times before she answered my question and gave me an estimate of 2-3 hours. When my lease is up I was planning to purchase my car but after the lack of professionalism and communication I recieved today I will look elsewhere. More

Disappointed and Misled – Buyer Beware I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Grapevine that looked good in photos, but what the dealership failed to disclose was extensive prior damage. The undercarriage vehicle from Toyota of Grapevine that looked good in photos, but what the dealership failed to disclose was extensive prior damage. The undercarriage was compromised, and the subframe was misaligned. Once I discovered the issues, the dealership agreed to buy the vehicle back, but failed to honor the full refund promised in their own email. To make matters worse, the car was relisted for sale within hours. That’s not just careless, it’s dishonest. The staff was eager to close the sale but nearly unresponsive when it came time to make things right. General Manager Neal Asaad showed poor leadership throughout the process, and sales staff Steve Naffa and Mahmoud Alnasse embodied every negative stereotype of used car salesmen. If you value transparency, integrity, and customer service, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. More
