Milton Hernandez is the most genuine and kind man, that made our car buying experience the best we've ever had. We just bought my son's first vehicle a few days ago from Tx Toyota of Grapevine and had a great experience! Our salesman Marquis W. was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and was patient with us as we figured out it all out. The car buying experience is always a little stressful, but he did everything he could to make it better. The finance guy was also very helpful. We had to come back to finish paperwork later in the day and had just as good of an experience with salesman Johnson. We left that day with a great vehicle and a positive feeling! More

SHADY DEALERSHIP BEWARE! !!!! I recently switched over to grapevine Toyota after good experience in buying a new car from them, unfortunately the service department is real !!!! I recently switched over to grapevine Toyota after good experience in buying a new car from them, unfortunately the service department is really bad, I called up there 2 days ago and Frank was the original service tech after wanting to proceed he did not know how to send a quote….i then got with Alex and vented my frustration of this process and said frank was new and he didn’t know what he was doing Alex then proceed to take care of me and sent me a quote I voice that some of the repairs were pretty expensive his response” yeah we tend to charge more then other places I’ll give you discount to help” I told him thank you and to proceed with the service, well I go on the the website to find pricing is cheaper then they even quote… I just got done speaking to the service manger Becky and she is absolutely a joke and no help I will never return to this dealership More
