As a Toyota lease customer I expected better from the Toyota service department in Grapevine. I had an appointment for my 6 month service which included an oil change and a tire rotation. This has never taken longer than 1-2 hours on a busy day. Today I waited 3 and a half hours. I wasn’t communicated with about wait time upon arrival and when I asked my servicer Sabrina two hours in to waiting she told me there were busy, instead of giving me a time estimate like I had asked. I had to ask her three times before she answered my question and gave me an estimate of 2-3 hours. When my lease is up I was planning to purchase my car but after the lack of professionalism and communication I recieved today I will look elsewhere. More
