I recently purchased a used 2021 Toyota Tundra Crew Max from this dealership on 5/17/2025. This process actually began the prior week when I was having my Tacoma serviced. While waiting for my vehicle, I decided that I would check out and test drive some Tundras, new and used. Mr. Jon Diaz was the product specialist who assisted me in this process, and I can't say enough good things about him. While test-driving, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the trucks. When we made the decision a week later to trade in my Tacoma for the Tundra, Jon worked with us throughout the whole process and got us a great deal on the Tundra that fit our budget. I also want to recognize Mr. Ash Refaghat who assisted us through the financing process. This is the second vehicle we've bought from Texas Toyota of Grapevine, and it likely won't be the last. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I took my car here to get it serviced, and I took it home with a scratch. I brought my car here for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. When I picked up my car, I had taken a picture of it and in t with a scratch. I brought my car here for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. When I picked up my car, I had taken a picture of it and in the picture you can see the scratch. However, I didn’t realize until I got home. When I called, I spoke with Angela who was also the person who handled my services. She said to bring it in and a tech will look at it. The following day, before I brought it in, someone called me asking to take a survey - when I mentioned the scratch I was told that they would fix it. I bring the car in and Angela brings a tech over who examines the scratch. Immediately she starts saying it’s possible that it happened on the way home. When I mentioned the picture I had of the car at the dealership before I sat in it, she said it probably happened on the way to the dealership. Firstly, she was eager to put the blame on me. Second, the scratch goes from the back to the front. It’s physically impossible for it happen while driving because debris would scratch the car from the front to the back. Also, the scratch is deep like someone had gotten something stuck in it. Angela took pictures of the scratch and told me that she would speak to someone named Dave (or possibly David) and reach out to me. This was in April. Not only has she not reached out to me, but I’ve received 4 emails about filling out a survey about my experience. I filled it out hoping that I would get a response, they offered me 10 dollars off my next visit for filling out a survey. Never have I been so disappointed in a car dealership. More
